Kindergarten Waiver Terms and Conditions
Submitting this waiver form will begin the Hudson School District process of evaluating your student's potential for success by either accelerating or delaying entrance to Kindergarten. Should your student be granted this waiver, there will be another evaluation done after a probationary period.
By clicking on the "I Agree" button below, you acknowledge that the waiver placement process includes a three month probationary period that commences on the first day of the 2026-2027 school year and ends on 11/24/2026. The purpose of this probationary period is to determine if the grade assignment is appropriate for the student. If the placement is not found to be appropriate, grade reassignment will occur. In the event of early enrollment to Kindergarten, grade level reassignment equates to withdrawal from school.
