DG Farms Amenity Reservation Form

Please complete all of the information requested below. Remember that use of the amenities is not final until the security deposit is received and the office provides you with written confirmation. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

PLEASE NOTE: All rental applications must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date.

1. Parties must end by 8 (gate is locked at 8:30)
2. No setting up for party until time of rental starts
3. No alcohol, no glass bottles at all
4. No DJs or Broadcasted Music
5. No Gas or Charcoal Grills
6. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 25 individuals per reservation
7. Reservations must end 30 minutes from posted pool closing time
8. Failure to comply with the Rules of the CDD and Amenity Center may result in immediate termination of reservation and possible suspension of CDD privileges

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Homeowners may only reserve a section of the open-air clubhouse areas and not the entire amenity center.
