The District owns and operates the Amenity Center Areas, including but not limited to the Porticos, covered patio areas at the pool, and the cabanas at the pool.

Rental Policy for Community Programming
In accordance with the District’s facility rental policies, any vendor engaged to provide services or conduct activities during a facility rental (e.g., bounce houses, food trucks, personal training, group exercise classes, etc.) is required to furnish proof of liability insurance. The vendor must obtain a certificate of insurance from their insurance provider naming “DG Farms Community Development District” as an additional insured. This certificate must be submitted to the District in advance of the scheduled rental date for approval.

Rental Policy for Duration of Events
Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, unless otherwise authorized by the District, each rental shall be for a minimum of two (2) hours but no more than four (4) hours.

Rental Policy for Insurance
Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, additional liability insurance may be required for events that the District determines in its sole discretion should require additional liability insurance (i.e. bounce houses, food trucks, personal training/group exercises, etc).

Renter's Consent to Facility Rental Policies
By submitting this rental agreement, I agree to take full responsibility for the care and cleaning of the amenity center and its contents for the date and time noted on this agreement. I understand that I am financially responsible for the replacement of any District property damage or losses during the time of my event and/or as a result of my event. I understand and agree that the District is not liable for any injuries that occur either inside the amenity center or on any common property during my event. I understand that I, or an immediate (adult) family member, must be in attendance at all times of any reserved function.
