1. The reserved times include set up and clean up time.

2. Only members may reserve the pool pavilion area.
*
3. Person reserving the pool pavilion must be present for the entire event and supply amenity access card to allow their guests access to the pool area.
*
4. Please DO NOT arrive earlier than specified reservation time.
*
5. The facility shall be left in the same or better condition than it was prior to the event. Please report any problems to the
Club Manager.

6. The facility cleaning will include wiping down tables, removal of all garbage and general party clean-up.
*
7. Person reserving pool pavilion must supply all party products. This includes: plates, napkins, cups, etc. and must bring all cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Garbage containers must be emptied and a replacement bag installed in the container. Filled garbage bags must be removed at time of clean up and may be placed in one of the garbage cans inside the dumpster area.

8. All guests and minors must be supervised at all times.

9. No glitter, confetti or silly string is allowed in any District facility.
*
10. No helium balloons are permitted. No Exceptions.
*
11. Tacks or any other wall damaging material will NOT be permitted for use for decorating purposes. Painter’s tape may be used for wall hangings and decorations and must be removed prior to leaving the facility. Nothing may be hung from a ceiling fan. Any strings used to tie balloons, piñatas or decorations to a post must be removed entirely.

12. I am aware that using the District facilities for monetary purposes is NOT permitted. This includes but is not limited to: Fundraisers, home based parties, exchange of goods and services, etc.

13. I understand that I am responsible for any damage or change in the condition of the facility, including restrooms, caused by my guests or event. I also agree to be responsible for the conduct of my guests and understand that the reservation of the above-mentioned pavilion does not include use of the full pool facility.

14. I agree to give notice of cancellation at least ONE WEEK in advance.

15. The use of the park and all other amenities, including basketball and tennis courts, are NOT included in the reservation of the pool pavilion. Under the circumstances of inclement weather or other circumstances that could restrict usage of the pool, guests WILL NOT be permitted to use the clubhouse event room as an alternative space for the event.

16. I have read the pool party rules and regulations that are outlined in the “Recreational Facilities Rules & Regulations” packet and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that all guests abide by the rules set for the amenity area. I acknowledge that refusal to follow these rules will result in guests being asked to leave the facilities or the cancellation of
the reservation.

17. LONG LAKE RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT SUPPORTS A NO ALCOHOL POLICY.

18. I understand that failure to uphold any portion of this agreement may result in the forfeiture of future reservation privileges at the Long Lake Ranch Community Center.

I HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING MY FACILITY RESERVATION AT LONG LAKE RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
