PRICE - Resident: 1-25 Guest Occupancy

Place an envelope with two checks in the dropbox at the Asturia Clubhouse at least 5 business days prior to your reservation date.
Check 1: $300.00 - rental rate
Check 2: $250.00 - refundable security deposit (security deposit checks will be shredded if not used)
**Include your reservation date/time in the memo of both checks.

PRICE - Resident: 26-49 Guest Occupancy

RENTAL POLICIES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - PLEASE READ AND INITIAL ALL POINTS BELOW

RENTAL POLICIES
By signing below I affirm I have fully read and understand all of the following rules and regulations concerning my facility rental at the Asturia clubhouse/pool. I also understand that any violation of said contract or Clubhouse policies may result in partial or full forfeiture of my deposit.

• The facility shall be returned in the same condition it was found prior to reservation.
• Time allotted may not be exceeded.
• The allotted time is (5 hours maximum) and includes set-up and clean-up.
• Renter must supply all kitchen products. This includes plates, napkins, cups, plasticware, etc. Asturia CDD will provide cleaning supplies and garbage bags.
• I understand that I am responsible for any damage or change in the condition of the facility, including restrooms, caused by my guests or event.
• I agree to be responsible for the conduct of my guests, and understand that the rental of the above-mentioned room does not include the use of the full facility.
•All private events where alcohol will be served will require a licensed and insured vendor of alcoholic beverages. The renter must provide proof of this to the Clubhouse prior to the event.
• Alcohol is not allowed for pool rentals and is only allowed inside for clubhouse rentals.
