How would you describe yourself? *
We are happy to help less-technical users. Help us understand who you are so we can best gauge how to work together.
-
Preferred method of contact? *
We have a tried and true process for on-boarding new customers. However, we ask this question so that we can try to accommodate you the best we can. Talk to your PM and help them get to know you so that that can cater information and our process to you in the best manner.
-
What are the goals of the web site? (Increase awareness, online community, marketing/branding, teacher pages, etc.) If you want, share with us both long- and short-term goals. Try to prioritize, if you can, what's goals are most important to your organization and we'll be able to better guide you.
-
Current site
Tell us a little about your current site.
-
Is there any functionality or web-based systems that need to be carried over from the current web site? If yes, please describe. *
Note: We must evaluate any systems to be carried over to understand if any migrations are beyond the scope of our current agreement.
-
-
Will the new website use existing content from your current website? *
Typically, the answer is yes. If we will do migration for you, we'll pull content from your live web pages. Let us know if you plan to supply new verbiage to us via Google docs.
-
Have you begun, or do you have a suggested sitemap or architecture outline for the proposed redesign? *
You'll build your architecture in Sitebuilder. It's a tool included in your website that we'll provide training for. Once done, your departments and pages are created and ready for content.
-
NOTE: Typical lead time is 6-8 weeks. Based on the size of your website, and the options you want to deploy with. There are exceptions you may discuss with your project manager. Click here to see what to expect during your project.
-
Please explain your suggested deployment date (current contract ends, want to have before school starts, etc.) We will work to help you achieve your desired deployment date as best we can.

School(s) Information
In this section, we'll ask you to list all your individual schools and provide the information for each person helping you set up the web site who will need a login immediately.
-
List the proper name of each school, one per line.
-
One page per school: A simple page for each school that has that schools information on it. Full sites can be built out later.
Dedicated website: A full site for each school that leaves the district and enters a dedicated website for each school. This would be more for you to manage later on. You can set things up simple for now, and build out dedicated sites later. Your project manager is happy to discuss this with you.
-
These logins can also be set up later. The names you enter here should be the people that will be assisting you with building your website.
-
Do you have forms that can be submitted online via your website? *
-
About how many forms do you have? If you have 1 or 2 forms, we can build and manage them for you via support. We can also add new ones as you need. However, if you have a constant need to build online forms, then we can set you up with the ability to build and manage them yourself.
-
Do you need an Intranet for Staff-Only content? *
-
Are you interested in our ADA services plan? *
While we will deploy your website with an ADA compliant theme, and also fix your content during migration, the ADA Service Plan adds monthly scanning while your school is in session to help govern the content ongoing. View restrictions and additional details of the plan here.
-
Do you currently have an OCR complaint filed against your school. *
An OCR compliant is a complaint filed with the United States Office for Civil Rights, alleging discrimination based upon disability. If a complainant believes that your website does not accommodate their needs, they may file an OCR complaint against your school. Read more about our ADA Service Plan here..
-
When was the complaint filed? When do you need to respond to this complaint? Have you been directed to take specific action to resolve this complaint?
-
Select the theme you would like to start with. The Campus Suite team will set up the chosen theme and use the branding and colors you provide below to build an initial concept. Click here to launch a new window and view all the Campus Suite themes.

Faculty/Staff Websites
All of the staff and faculty imported can show in your public staff directory. Each individual has a "profile" page by default. This includes name, phone, email, department, title, biography, link to their personal website if applicable, and much more! You will want to decide if you will allow your staff to maintain their existing websites which may reside on Google, Weebly or other services, or if you want them to set up a new website that resides here. The choice is yours, and your project manager can discuss the options with you. Select the options you think you want below, and we'll answer your questions during the project kick-off meeting.
-
How will you handle your faculty/staff web sites? *
Faculty websites that are set up in Campus Suite start with a set of pages pulled from a "model" website that you and your project manager will approve. Once we have your staff logins set up, they are provided their login info and a link to the teacher website training webcast that shows them how to set up their site and add/manage the content their self. Campus Suite does not migrate faculty website information.

User Authentication
There are several forms of authentication in SchoolNow. We can provide default email/password authentication. However, you can choose to use Clever (free for schools) that will allow you to sync your current faculty login information to Clever, and allow SchoolNow to authenticate with it. This makes it so your faculty and staff do not need to remember yet another set of credentials. Your project manager can provide more information on Clever as well as help get you set up in it.
-
What form of authentication will your website use? *
This can change later, but giving us an idea of what you have in mind will allow us to better prepare to turn on logins for your faculty and staff. Click here to find out more about login authentication.
-
Did you subscribe to our mobile app? *
This should not be confused with the fact your web site will work on mobile devices. This is an additional web app that will compliment your web site.
-
Did you subscribe to our notifications service? *
Also known as the message center, this allows your organization to send out voice, email and text messages to your parents and staff. It requires exporting the needed data from your Student Information System.
-
Who is your current notifications provider?
-
Current notifications contract expires
-
Name of the SIS your school uses?
-
Is your school already set up at GG4L?
Campus Suite uses GG4L (www.gg4l.com) as middleware to connect your Student Information System with our message center. We will make an introduction to our GG4L representative who will assist you in connecting your SIS to GG4L.
