Event Information
The District owns and operates the Amenity Center Areas, including but not limited to the landing areas, covered patio areas at the pool, and the cabanas at the pool.

Rental Policy for Community Programming
Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, all programs and services including personal training, group exercise, instructional programs, competitive events, and other programs must be conducted as directed by the Board. A schedule of activities for the Amenity Facilities will be posted in each area and updated by the District. No outside (i.e., third party) instructors are allowed.

Rental Policy for Duration of Events
Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, unless otherwise authorized by the District, the Amenity Facilities may be reserved for events during normal operating hours. Each rental shall be for a minimum of two (2) hours but no more than four (4) hours. All events, including clean‐up, at the amenity center must conclude by the pool’s closing hour.

(Desired) Event Location
All reservations require a refundable security deposit ($100 for a patio area and/or $150 for multi-purpose field) to be received a minimum of 7 business days prior to the event. (All checks are deposited and a refund will be issued subject to post-event inspection). Please select the desired location for your event from the list of available options below. The pool and playground are not included in any reservation.

Rental Policy for Insurance
Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, additional liability insurance may be required for events that the District determines in its sole discretion should require additional liability insurance (i.e. bounce houses, food trucks, personal training/group exercises, etc).

Renter's Consent to Facility Rental Policies
By submitting this rental agreement, I agree to take full responsibility for the care and cleaning of the amenity center and its contents for the date and time noted on this agreement. I understand that I am financially responsible for the replacement of any District property damage or losses during the time of my event and/or as a result of my event. I understand and agree that the District is not liable for any injuries that occur either inside the amenity center or on any common property during my event. I understand that I, or an immediate (adult) family member, must be in attendance at all times of any reserved function.
